Refund Policy — Script India TMS

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Script India TMS subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

1. Eligibility

Refund requests must be raised within 30 days from the date the paid subscription plan was purchased.
The subscription must belong to the company account requesting the refund.
Refunds are applicable only to subscription plan payments made via Razorpay through Script India TMS.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@scriptindia.in or call +91 63557 22744 with your registered company name, email and payment reference. Our support team is available 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon – Sat).

3. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The time to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The one-time trial/setup fee is non-refundable once the trial period has been activated.
Requests raised after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
WhatsApp wallet recharges already consumed for message delivery are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless it falls within the 30-day window above.
